I am Jason of the Nyqvists, and I have spoken!

1) Day shifters: Please send Louis your shift reports henceforth.

2) Day shifters: Effective Thursday, November 27th, Louis will be on-call.

3) Wednesday's my last day working on this floor.  I know that some of you
   have expressed an interest in knowing where you stand with regard to
   the cross-training question.  Louis is fully briefed and we're agreed
   in our opinions.  I have full confidence in handing this (and all else)
   over to him, so please take any further issues up with him.

4) I'm working on reviews; my opinions and evaluations will contribute to
   your annual reviews (as they should).

I am Jason, son of Ricksard, who did wield TCP/IP, a tool of the ancient
kings, as a symbol of valor.

When I was a young NOCling, we pinged for the sake of pinging, we filtered
to feel the packets of our enemies flail in our grasp.  I pinged and
filtered for the glory of the Heorat!  For NOC!

But yar!  Gone are the days when we lashed the tongues of those who
opposed us to the Healfpole!  Gone also are times when Bahu of the
Flaming Routers did do battle at the POPs!  Gone, too, is the
Motivator, implement of valiant warriors whose names we shall not forget!
Gone are the Riz, the Spore, and the hoodr!  Fallen from our ranks are the
Adelson, the Jauch, the Glenny, the Cosmas, and many others!  Our
loremasters know these names and their meanings, and our young learn them 
well, and so it is told in Heorat!
