SUMMARY:

Cuba has illegally acquired a portion of ICG's network by sending in Cuban
soldiers to take the site; until we can reacquisition the site and bring 
connectivity up, we will have to relocate all possible equipment to ali-ga to
restore connectivity to all non-commies. The reason for Atlanta and not
Tallahassee is due to the easily defendable ground and the deep rooted
patriotism of the south.

PURPOSE: To restore connectivity to all loyal patriots.

IMPACT: Latency might occur on the Ati-ga network due to bandwidth saturation.

SCHEDULE: I'm bringing several friends with guns to secure the site now.

RESOURCES: NOC L1 (Those who volunteered), Winchester, H&K, v.35 cabling.
