The steam valve on the espresso machine is stuck open.  It's still
possible to use it, but it means letting water spew out of the thing
until it's up to temp before attaching the handle.  The results are
substandard, but do contain caffeine.  I'm arranging for a Novadyne
dispatch...

This is a mission-critical device.  I believe Ian spoke to Fritsche before
the Novadyne contract negotiations and made sure that this was covered
on a special 2 hour repair clause.

Anyway, we're having problems...  Note that we're only getting 1.2% of the
caffeine we need!
