SUMMARY:    El Nino keeps taking out my power, and my alarm clock loses
	    it's configuration.  With adequate backup power, I'll never
	    lose my alarm clock config, and therefore never be late on
	    days where El Nino is running a muck.

PURPOSE:    Make Easthouse on time

IMPACT:	    Use more coffee grounds in the morning
